Blog blork block.Mike Ashley has finally declared that he will continue to run the club. Given that the sore fanbase have more or less gotten over the heartbreak of Keegan dumping Newcastle. Ashley's got the plot right. He knows that there is more to a football club than to please the supporters with every decision. The mark of a true businessman indeed. Lets hope this brings the soap opera of Newcastle United to a temporary halt. Note that I said temporary. Nothing's ever permanent with Newcastle; the least I can hope for is that it stays like that for awhile. And then Newcastle concedes 5 goals at home against Liverpool. Thumbs up to Kinnear though. He wasn't playing for a draw, it's obvious. Perhaps he thought that with home advantage he could have a go at the current league leaders. And really, why not? Too bad it wasn't the right call this time, and Liverpool had a goalfest. Oh well. Not likely to be in the top half of the table by year end then. Anyhow, seems like this is a period where there's alot of negative energy. Festive mood is a dangerous thing; people get bogged down by it. The enormity of the task ahead continues to loom; while I attempt to strive for it. So many things to do, so many things to work for. Time is precious. Lets not waste it away.
