I better blog another quick entry because the S.O. and anyone else who reads thinks that I have gone the same way as the US economy.

Actually, things have been getting better since the last nadir. As always, life has its ups and downs; I whine incessantly when its down, but when its up, I'm not like some people who continue to complain; I bask in the good fortune.

I realize that shit happens to when you think you have it good. Shit is part and parcel of life. Good fortune is either for the lucky or the deserving. But when you are mired in shit, any additional shit piled on threatens to drown you; whereas when you are shining with Lady Luck's blessing.

Life's like that. Perhaps when the day I am able to take things in my stride better I'll come out better.
